Netherseal beat Short Heath Libs 8-4 to earn a vital early away win and make up for only having two winners at home the week before against Stretton Anglesey. They were thankful to two single figure wins by Dan Petcher and Andy Milsom 7 and 5 respectively, with the former earning MVP for his win. Des Parsons 5 win for the home team earned him best win and MVP and meant that the aggregate was just 4 chalks.
Short Heath’s 4 meant they climbed off the bottom of the table, while Netherseal have moved up to 5th place, just 2 points off the second promotion place.
