Well done to Elliot McGuinness on retaining the Summit Merit title after beating Adam Weaver 15 in the final at Woodfield. After going 12-6 up Adam got back to 13 and 15 across. However Elliot then ran out.
In the Semi Finals Elliot beat Mark Gamsby after running out from 14-13 up. Adam was 11-10 down to Nathan Dawes but went 19-13 up and held on to win 19.
In the Quarter FInals Elliot beat Grant Soller 11 after only being 12-8 up. Adam defeated Aaron Tapper 9 after going 9-1 and 17-5 up. Mark was only 9-6 up on Rachel Bennett but went 14-6 and won 8. Nathan was only 11-8 up on James Seville but went 19-8 up with a barrage of 2s. James got back to 20-17 down but Nathan got the one he needed.
Thank you to Woodfield for hosting and to the Summit Garage for sponsoring once again. Thank you to everyone who entered.
