Premier Division
Joint league leaders Greville Arms and The George will look for good home wins in week 16 of the Premier Division of the Summit Garage Staffordshire Premier Bowls League. They both come off great away wins last week and will want to not waste those. The Greville host West Brom FSC who know an away win will put them right back in the title race, while The George take on Baldwin who know they will need an away win to try and survive this season. Triplex are still in the title race, and host a Stretton Anglesey side also in the thick of it, but both need a good result to keep up with the two league leaders. Triplex captain Liam Lowery says “we look forward to welcoming Stretton to Triplex. We will be well up for this as the league is still up for grabs for us! After last week, my lads will be well up for this and we look forward to it.” Moseley CC host Boldmere Sports & Social knowing a home win should be enough to see them survive, but will know Boldmere have won away at West Brom and Tanworth in Arden already. Willenhall Nordley host Tanworth in Arden knowing a good home win may see them be able to get into them top 5, while Tanworth know they need to win there to have any chance of survival.

Division One
The top two meet in week 16 of Division One of the Summit Garage Staffordshire Premier Bowls League. League leaders Windmill host M&B Cheslyn Hay looking to match last week’s 9-1 result to give themselves a chance of winning the league ahead of their bye weeks. The other tie sees Short Heath Liberals, fresh off their first win, go to Woodfield looking to win their first away game, while Woodfield know they are just playing out the season now.
