The George regained the title by just 4 points from Willenhall Nordley. They won their first two away games at West Brom FSC and Moor Lane before getting just 2 winners at their main rivals. They then won their next 7 games, including key wins at M&B Cheslyn Hay and Tanworth in Arden, as well as two 10-0 wins. Despite just one win from their next three away games, at Moseley CC 8-4, they just needed to win at home last game against M&B Cheslyn Hay to win the league once again, and they did so in an 8-2 success.
