We have 5 players take place tomorrow in the 2022 Meole Open looking for the title and first ticket to the 2022 BCGBA Champion of Champions at Heaton Park. Two of those meet, as Wrockwardine Wood’s Martin Gaut is looking to go one better than last year when he was runner-up, but has a tough task in Glynn Storer of Windmill first. M&B Cheslyn Hay’s Chris Ward has Wayne Rogers first round. Greg Smith is second favourite and plays local player Matt Beeston first game. Paul Evans of Willenhall Nordley takes on former Shropshire Merit winner Martin Lloyd.
