Bradmore look for home comforts, Woodfield look to return favour
Bradmore will be looking for home comforts as they host Baldwin in week 6 in Division One of the Summit Garage Staffordshire Premier Bowls League. They have won their two home games so far, but struggled adapting away in their debut season. Captain Reece Farr says “we look to continue our good home form against a good Baldwin side, some players not had the best of starts but hopefully will pick up and start climbing the table.” Baldwin won their last away game at Belmont, but know it will be difficult on an unfamiliar green. Woodfield got whitewashed at Triplex last week, and will be looking to return the favour, while Triplex will look for a few winners to continue their great start. Hamstead had a great win at Langley last week, and will look for more of the same to build on that, while Langley will be looking to get one back on them. It will be a similar story at Victoria Park, as they won at their visitors Belmont Services last week. Belmont have lost their last two home games so will be wanting to get that winning feeling back soon so not to get cut adrift.
