Greg Smith won the Ray Leath Memorial for a seventh time as he narrowly beat the Greville Arms’ Darren Plenderleith 19 in the final. The West Brom FSC bowler defeated Reece Farr of Bradmore 16 in the Semi Finals, John Dewey of Stretton Anglesey 3 in the Quarters and the Windmill’s Dave Hayward 5 in the last 16. Darren got past Bill Kinchin 20 of Moseley CC, Louis Jones of West Brom FSC 8 and the Windmill’s Kevin Handley 10. Reece defeated Callum Mitchell 18 in his Quarter Final, and Bill got past Clay Flattley 20.
