Premier Division
Baldwin face a tough test in week 10 of the Premier Division of the Summit Garage Staffordshire Premier Bowls League. They take on the Greville Arms who know a win is needed to keep up with the league leaders the George. The George do have their own tough trip to Atherstone Cons though, who are unbeaten at home since moving there. Home captain Matt Horton says “we are looking to reverse the result from last game. Future county man Tom Lea looking to bounce back from a tough loss last week.” Windmill have struggled lately and face a tough test at home against 3rd placed Stretton Anglesey who have been in good form lately and will look to follow in the footsteps of the top two who won at the Mill. Moseley CC will look to reverse the 8-2 loss they suffered at West Brom FSC last week, while West Brom will know a win will keep them on the coattails of the leaders. Willenhall Nordley will want to build on their win at Hamstead last week with a big home win over them to close the gap at the top. Hamstead know they need to string some good results together to try and earn survival.

Division One
Belmont Services will be looking to climb off the bottom of the table as they host the team directly above them Langley in week 10 of the Summit Garage Staffordshire Premier Bowls League. Captain Brian Jordan says “hopefully it stays dry looking for a win of cause. It’s always a pleasure to play Langley, I’m sure it will be a good game but hopefully a win for Belmont.” Langley come off a whitewash at Tanworth in Arden last week but had a good win the week before. Tanworth will look for more of the same as last week but face a tough test against a M&B Cheslyn Hay side buzzing after winning at Woodfield last week. Victoria Park will look to extend their lead at the top of the table as they host Penn, but the visitors come off some good results lately. 3rd placed Triplex face a tough trip to Royal Oak who will still be wanting to try and challenge for promotion given they have a game in hand at home.
