He lost his first game 20 against Gordon Hawkins, but won his next 12, 3 of those single figures, the closest score being 17 from Karl Wagstaff on Tanworth in Arden. He lost 17 at home to Jack Hill in his penultimate game but won on Royal Oak 13 against Jason Meddings to win the League Averages for the first time.
