Baddesley earn Fab Four, Hamstead and Baldwin win well
Baddesley have all but wrapped up the Division One title in week 13 of the Summit Garage Staffordshire Premier Bowls League after getting 4 winners at 2nd placed Windmill. Harry Chapman was best winner 11 and Ben Lynch MVP for winning 19. For the home side it was Adam Cheadle best winner 5 and Stu Gittings MVP for winning 6. Baldwin closed the gap on Windmill with a 9-1 win over Victoria Park with John Newsome best winner 7 and Shannon Kernick MVP for winning 8. For the Park it was Tony Gill who was their winner and MVP 8. Hamstead also won 9-1 against Langley as Richard Parkes was best winner and MVP 5 with Matt Beaman the winner for the visitors 16 to get MVP. Triplex had a good 8-2 win over Belmont Services to keep just behind the Baldwin. Daniel Baller was best winner 5 and Paul Baller MVP for winning 15, while Rikki Higgs was best winner and MVP for the away side 8. Wrockwardine Wood beat Woodfield 7-3 to continue their unbeaten home record. Aaron King was best winner 7 and Martin Williams MVP for winning 15. For the visitors it was Chris Marshman who was best winner 11 and Joe Dicken MVP for winning 20.
