Top Three at home, Woodies have two at home
The top three are all at home in week 12 of Division One of the Summit Garage Staffordshire Premier Bowls League. League leaders Hamstead are at home to 4th placed Victoria Park, looking to stay top of the table, while the team one point behind them, Triplex, host Belmont Services. Triplex captain Chris Baker says “we’re looking forward to the visit of Belmont and hoping to continue our excellent home form.” Baldwin, one point behind Triplex in 3rd, host Langley, looking to try and overhaul the two teams ahead of them, but will be wary of a backlash from Langley after winning 10-2 there last week. Woodfield are in 4th place and have two home games this week in Bradmore and Langley, looking to close the 15 point gap to the top of the table. However they will know Bradmore know their green well and will want to get one back on them after last week’s win there.
